By purchasing from Silv Market, you agree to these terms in full. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place any orders.
Products & Delivery
All products are digital in-game items delivered by our staff via a private Discord ticket. After payment is confirmed, a ticket is opened in our Discord server with your order details. Delivery typically completes within 1–10 minutes during active hours.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
  • Your correct Roblox username
  • A valid email address
  • A linked Discord account to receive delivery
Failure to provide correct details may result in non-delivery, which does not qualify for a refund.
Payments
We accept Crypto, CashApp, and Zelle. By placing an order you authorize payment of the displayed total. All prices are in USD. A processing fee applies to all orders. Crypto payments receive a 5% discount.
Prohibited Uses
  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the website
  • Using the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims
Limitation of Liability
Silv Market's liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any game-related bans, restrictions, or consequences resulting from use of purchased items.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once an item has been delivered. Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances outlined below.
General Policy
Refunds are not offered for completed purchases. Once an item has been delivered via Discord ticket, the sale is final. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
When Refunds ARE Granted
A refund or replacement may be issued in the following situations:
  • The item was not delivered due to an error on our part
  • The item delivered was significantly different from what was purchased
  • A duplicate charge occurred
Note: Issues caused by incorrect Roblox username, missing game requirements, or in-game restrictions on the buyer's end do not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
  1. Open a ticket in our Discord server
  2. Include your Order ID and a description of the issue
  3. Submit within 24 hours of purchase
Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Chargebacks
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered order may result in a permanent ban from Silv Market and reporting to the payment processor. Please contact us through Discord before disputing any charge.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Payment details are processed through Stripe, CashApp, or Zelle — we do not store full payment credentials. Information may be shared if required by law.
Data Retention
Account and order information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your Rights
