How do I place an order?
Browse a game, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your Roblox username, link your Discord account, choose a payment method, and complete payment. See the full walkthrough on our tutorial page.
How do I receive my items?
Once payment is confirmed, a private ticket is automatically opened in our Discord server. Staff deliver your items directly in-game and confirm it in your ticket. You can also track your order live at your order page — the link is sent to you by DM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (via Stripe), crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC), CashApp, and Zelle. Not every method is always available — the exact options shown at checkout reflect what's currently enabled.
Is it safe to pay on Silv Market?
Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Passwords are hashed before they ever reach our servers. Every order is photo-verified by staff before being marked delivered.
How long does delivery take?
Staff deliver as soon as they're available after payment is confirmed. You'll be notified in your ticket and on your order tracking page the moment it's done — check there for the most up-to-date status on your specific order.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Open your Discord ticket for that order, or message us on Discord anytime — our staff are there to help with any delivery issue.
What is your refund policy?
Once an item is delivered, the sale is final. Refunds are granted if an item wasn't delivered due to our error, was significantly different from what was purchased, or you were double-charged. Requests must be made within 24 hours via Discord ticket — see our full Refund Policy.
